Godfrey Group Facilities Limited collects the following data when you fill out any of our online contact forms:

  • Some examples of when we collect this information include: Signing up to a newsletter, downloading a brochure, requesting a postal brochure and contact forms

How we use your information and process your data: –
GDPR law says that we can only use your personal information if we have a proper reason to do so.

For all contact forms on our website (for example an enquiry form or brochure request) your data is primarily used to enable to us to answer/process your enquiry or to send you a copy of the requested brochure. 

In order to process your brochure request, enquiry or query we will need to record your personal details. 

When you tick and choose to opt in and provide a phone number (whether for a call or text) this enables us to contact you to answer your query. 

When you tick and choose to opt in and provide an email address (whether for email contact or to arrange a live chat meeting) this enables us to contact you to answer your query. 

We will only ever make contact via your chosen method.

 

Sharing your information with others: –
We keep your information confidential and will only share your information for the purposes mentioned in our privacy notice (see above). This may include sharing with third parties such as service providers and fraud prevention agencies and law enforcement agencies or regulators.
Transferring information overseas:
All the information we hold on you will be used and stored in the UK.

Marketing:
Unless you have told us not to, we may occasionally send you information relating to extra services that either we, or approved 3rd parties, can provide. Godfrey Group Facilities Limited will never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your permission.
